Stephanie Goldman founded Ignite Her Future in 2016 and is working to promote its mission, content and expand the non-profits outreach nationally. The inspiration for Ignite Her Future occurred when, as a Junior in college at Indiana University, Stephanie held a presentation for 30 sisters in her sorority (Delta Gamma) on how to draft a resume and then helped individually finalize them. She realized that on top of the resume process already being a difficult one, mentorship is extremely helpful, and concise training and resources are hard to find.
